A year of planning, meetings, committees and organizing. Last minute details. Checking and double checking on all the arrangements.
It's been a lot getting here to this moment. I'm both excited and tired. Morning will be here before I know it and the day will fly by. I'll see faces from prior events. I'll meet some new faces. Every one of these wonderful people bring a special perspective to our conference. These dedicated individuals come together to share their insights, struggles, challenges and achievements in their churches and communities with us so that we all can gain a better insight into what is happening today and how we can meet the challenges of the 21st Century.
Tonight, I'll now spend some quiet time in prayer and with a grateful heart, retire to bed.
